The letter goes on the itemize restrictions , and is signed by Molly Kok, Manager, Business Office Is any body actually getting paid for these and is it worth the trouble to bill VA? Hearing more and more of these coming along, at least one every 3-4 months now! ;'-)) Your intuition is probably right on .... except we want to begin blazing that trail of them seeing our bills and what they look like and what they can expect. I'd say mind your codes, put it through like a regular billing and see what you get.
