I lost 6 to 8 lbs in 11 weeks (I fluctuate daily about 2 lbs). I just went to a conference, so I did week 12 as my off week for the first challenge. I think I gained back 4 lbs (I'm hoping this is water weight, etc., but it's not looking good I didn't feel like I overate *that* much, though I did have sweets throughout the week and a glass of wine nearly every night (there was a vendor-hosted " social " every night with a free drink coupon -- who could resist?) So anyway, I am semi-kicking myself. I'll officially start a new challenge next Monday. One good thing is I did work out every morning at the hotel gym. Guest guest
I'm sure those 4 pounds will come off quickly in your next challenge! Speaking of drinking coupons...I had at least three drinking dreams last night. Ugh! I've a headache this morning! I haven't had a drink since a couple days before I started my challenge, and I'm starting to waver a bit there (will drink on my freeday if I drink at all)! The dreams were all over the place. I dreamed I drank because I forgot I wasn't drinking, I dreamed wine was spilled on me and I spilled on someone else, I dreamed I wanted a glass of really good red wine, but all I had was a little airplane bottle of wine.... > On Tue, Mar 18, 2008 at 9:56 AM, Diane M. <firmdieann@...<firmdieann%40gmail.com>> > wrote: > > I'm going through my weekly frustration with my progress.
