Guest guest
Gloves work. Be sure to get the kind with reinforced palms and coverage on your thumb. I use Harbinger and like them. I also wear gloves this time of year to ward off all the diseases you can pick up in a public gym this time of year. When you¹ve finished your work out I advise thoroughly washing your hands, there¹s a lot of things to pick up this time of year. Trust me, half of you will be sick in three weeks. It¹s just the time of year, do what you can to protect yourself. I don¹t wear gloves in the summer because I can¹t wear gloves when I compete so I do get calluses. I use L¹Occintane hand cream and that helps a lot. > Does anyone here get callouses on their hands from the weights being > too heavy? If so, what do you do?
