Lots of slow wide angle stretches, cobbler's poses again, staff poses, spinal twists, then shavasa. hmm I don't have this one. I'll have to check it out next time I see it. I'm glad you got a good one in. I woke up with some achy muscles and less than 5 hours of sleep, so that type of workout sounds very nice. ~**~~**~Start the year off right. I love Rodney's Yee's voice. Terry has accused me of crushing...but I just find his voice perfect for Yoga. I like His Power Total Body and my favorite of his is the 20 min AM workout which I like to do in the PM. It came with a PM by Suzanne Deason who I think is an intolerable mess of a yoga instructor.
