Hey Shel, I'm doing the challenge too.? Coach Stoney said the second email

would be out by Tuesday.? I think we will get more nutrition info with that

one.? He told us that if we were starting it today that the BFL was ok to go

by.? I'm really excited about this challenge too.? It's going to be good I'm

sure.? Did you get to watch all of Marty's videos?? If not, you should.? They're

very inspiring!?

TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

I just got my first email assignment from BILL PHILLIPS TRANSFORMATION

challenge. Anybody else just starting the challenge get one too?

I love the emails with the challenge assignment. It feels very MISSION

IMPOSSIBLE- ish! LOL!! My first challenge assignment! I was so excited!

After

reading it, I didn't know if I should save it, or let it blow up! LOL!!!

He has a way of catching your attention and taking it very seriously. I

read it and saved it and keep thinking about what he said since I read it. He

has a way of reaching deep in ya and making you really think. It's so much

more about working out and eating right, and I get that thanks to him for

taking the time and passion and explaining that.

I hit a new high on the scale today and I'm ready for the challenge.

Thanks Joni!

I was at Physical therapy and didn't get back on here until now. Sorry to

all for not giving you more information in my first email. I figured you guys

were already signed in to the Transformation website and knew what was going

on.

Well I hope my shoulder is well enough to start a challenge! LOL!! 6 weeks

physical therapy done. I'm going to try and just go easy.

Glad to know I'm not the only one going into this new way of doing the

challenge. I think it's basically the same body for life challenge, just under

a

new name.

LOL!!! I was thinking the same thing like I was missing out on something

Tell me more about this Shel. I like having the stuff planned out for me

like a trianer, thats one less thing I have to think aobut.

forums are very active and have lots of great folks on there.?

The Be The Change Transformation Challenge is similar to the BFL challenge.?

This time Bill is focusing on mind and spirit as well as physical change.? He

said that ten years ago when he wrote BFL he didn't consider this aspect that is

required for a " life change " .?

People would do BFL for 12 weeks and think they were done.? Now he is

concentrating on making real changes for life and is wanting to help make the

nation from 'worst to first'.? Kind of an obesity campaign in a way, I guess.?

His new book will be coming out this fall after the challenge and a tv special

is scheduled for late this year too.?

When you sign up for the Challenge Bill will be your personal accountability

partner and he's sending assignments through email for us to complete.? He posts

in the forums and on his blog too.?

anyhoo, you guys should check out the site and sign up for the challenge!? It's

gonna be good.

I just signed up for the challenge. I'm pretty pumped. This is perfect as

I'm just getting close to completing my 1st round to the BFL 12 week

program. Thanks for the information.
