I should be getting this DVD from my daughter anytime. I'm figuring it will be too easy for me, but maybe a nice change from all the hard stuff. I absolutely adore Spreen, so I know I'll like it just for the fact that she's in it.

I adore Rob Glick. Nice review, Kassia! I'll have to try that Body and Soul Fitness stretch - I'm pretty sure I have it. For that price I can forgive the poor sound quality I need to do that CIA workout of Rob Glick's again! His choreography *is* challenging, but like Goudeau he cues so well that it makes it easier to pick up than normal. He is a top notch instructor - and is the master trainer for Amp'd Abs, the class I subbed and got DOMS from last week! Glicky,
