Guest guest
Hi, I hang my head in shame and confess: - my rebounder is still in its box. I keep waiting for a good time to open it up and put it in the basement, but the basement is always so cluttered - even with decluttering efforts it fills up again and again. I hope that with my intended purges of this year it will get out and used! - I don't use my BOSU as often as I should. I will make an effort to get more use out of it in the new year - I did buy a Mindy Mylrea/Keli BOSU/Body Bar workout so I'm going to use it - also I know I can modifiy regular strength and cardio workouts w/ the BOSU and will definately try that more often. I recall doing Kathy 's Step Workout on the BOSU and it worked very well. Guest guest
Not trying to make you feel guilty, I'm just wondering if I should get one myself is the thing I have bad feet and it would seem fun to jump around on one in lieu of the step maybe, but I haven't used my Twister but once so I dunno Can you fold up the rebounder and put it behind the couch when not in use? I'm hoping to use the dyna disks. Perhaps with magazine workouts or my own creative torture. I remember most of what the trainer did with me and can recreate most of that workout. Hmm. Guest guest
Hi! No problem, no guilt. I figure that buying these things is a good investment as at some point I will use them. I did, in November, buy 2 Kettlebell DVDs at Target b/c the price couldn't be beat. I have an interest in kettlebells, although I probably won't don anything with them " right now " - but at some point I'll be interested in trying them, as well as the rebounder and BOSU! I think the rebounder can be folded, but it seems to be more of a hassle to do so - so I think I'd just like to set it up and leave it out if that makes sense. Take care, Donna --- Pink Pussycat wrote: > Not trying to make you feel guilty, I'm just > wondering if I should get one myself is the thing > I have bad feet and it would seem fun to jump > around on one in lieu of the step maybe, but I > haven't used my Twister but once so I dunno > > Can you fold up the rebounder and put it behind > the couch when not in use? > > I'm hoping to use the dyna disks.
