I think there are like 35 cals in an atomic fire ball. So one might

not be significant but five is like adding a seventh meal. Maybe you

could find some sugar free candy or gum.

Bonnie, I have no idea how many calories are in hard candy and

bubblegum. I am chewing a piece of Extra gum that is 5 calories 0fat.

I guess maybe choose the lesser of two evils. I can guarantee you that

a couple hard candies are not as bad as a McD Big Mac. Now you have me

craving Atomic Fireballs. Anyone know how bad these are?

Unsure but I think the creme savers may be 70 calories per serving and

the sugar-free creme savers at 40 calories each. Just really watch how

many you eat.

I love Atomic Fireballs!

But, I'd save them for your freeday.

Gumballs aren't going to do much to stave off hunger, unfortunately. But

good for you for avoiding the Mc's.

This would definitely not be real BFL, but maybe you could cut off a

piece of carb from your meal and sneak one in! I have had one atomic

fireball and one cream saver. I think I need to call it a night.

Hopefully the blueberry cake I baked earlier has been entirely

consumed by my family :D (I think it probably will).

Sugar free gum has saved me from " bad " stuff on numerous occasions. I

really like Trident's Sweet Mint flavor. If I am having a really weak

moment. When I want dessert or I want to snack, it helps. One time, I

was having a particularly hard time resisting a Cadbury Creme Egg. It

REALLY helped. It's kind of like the " brushing your teeth " trick to

keep you from eating. Just make sure the gum is sugar-free or you

will sabatoge yourself.

Good luck!

I find sugar free gum is also a good solution to those times when you

aren't really hungry, but *want something*. I keep SFG in my desk at

work. It helps me avoid the mindless eating.
