oh cool i have this one but haven't done it in AGES!!!! the cardio is so so but the toning segments are typical denise stuff. makes for a good traveling workout. there is another metabolic booster one that is standing pilates work. that one is neat as well. kassiaPink Pussycat wrote: Kassia it's something like Metabolic boost?
