Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 hi slinks and welcome. hey if you like intense step have you tried cathe?? cathe.com has some long clips of her step and if you have fittv on digital cable or satellite they show some of her works from body blast and intensity series. i like kathy smith as well although i tried some of her step stuff and wasn't crazy about it(by then i was onto other instructors more complex choreography). but i do have alot of her other works like cardio fat burner,the cardio knockout compilation dvd, and her super slimdown circuit compilation dvd. i also have the lift weights to lose weight vol. 1 and 2. i have some of the earlier stuff like her ultimate video workout, body basics, and tone up(this is one where she uses rubber bands its totally 80s). i used to have jane fonda as well but i traded them off but kept the book i have. i myself have a variety of instructors like cathe,amy bento, kathy smith, karen voight,firm, CIA, and other odds and ends. i also belong to netflix where i try a ton of videos(which good thing b/c i have bought some duds in my lifetime LOL). its a great place to try and see what suits you. welcome againkassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! It's a hard workout, about 40 minutes. I really like it :)I look forward to hearing more from you! I started working out in the 80's with Jane Fonda and moved on from there, about 9 years ago I turned to bellydancing for fitness but from October 2007 returned to my love of workouts .. I surely think that my most favourite workouts is definately the Step anything with the step the more intense the better !! I'm considered the token male in this largely-female group we have. My wife and I do lots of DVD workouts at home, mainly with weight training and kickboxing emphasis. (My background included martial arts, so kickboxing appeals to me.)
