I guess maybe I find it to be pretty tough with all the reps and squats AND lunges. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I don't do this workout too often, not sure why. Anyway, here are the exercises: Squats- 30 lb Deadlifts- 30 lb Calve raises Leg Press (3 sets) 10 lb single leg squats- 10 lb Deadlifts- 30 lb Calve raises Squats- 30 lb Sit & Stands- 30 lb Deadlifts- 30 lb calve raises- 30 lb bar bell lunges- 30 lb (these hurt pretty bad) plie squats- 30 lb deadlifts- 30 lb calve raises abs I definitely worked up a nice sweat and my legs feel nice and warm.
