Guest guest
No videos today, but in the back there was a gym-style lat pulldown cable tower and a professional-gym quality incline/decline bench that also had a preacher curl pad and leg extension attachement on the end. The tower was marked $60 and the bench had no price on it. When I asked about buying just the bench, the guy squinted at me and said " Tell ya what, if you take both of 'em, you can have 'em for $20. " My reply? " SOLD! " LOL, I may not have any place to put these right now, but for the price, I just could not pass them up. Actually, a friend is wanting to set up a home gym, so I may let her use them for a while if she wants, until I can get my exercise room fully back. Now, the workout for Friday will be loading/unloading these, as I suspect my husband will be of the 'you bought them, you move them' mindset. ;-) Hmm, somehow my distant dream of having my own little fitness salon sounds a lot closer now than it did a few minutes ago!
