Guest guest Posted June 23, 2008 Report Share Posted June 23, 2008 Hi Ladies! I'm still plugging away at the liquid diet - the weight loss has seemed to level off (thank goodness). I want to start tracking my body fat percentage using my Accu-Measure Digital caliper. I haven't used it in ages though and can't find the instructions. It's a three point measure. There's A, B and C mode. Can someone refresh my memory on which mode I should select and where I'm suposed to be pinching? I went to A and it said " Upper, Mid and Low " . I flexed my biceps and pinched the fat midway between my elbow and shoulder, on the outside. For mid I went an inch above my right hip bone, then for low I went on my upper inner thigh.
