Tuesday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Pyramid Upper Body. I skipped the abs.

Chest – Flies & Bench Press 12/15/20 Back - Pullovers 15/20/25Back – Double Arm Row 15/20/25 Shoulders 3/5/7Triceps: Kickbacks 3/5/7 Overhead Press 12/15/20 Biceps 8/10/12

The biceps get me every time in this workout. I can never seem to increase on that one. The triceps always leave a little bit like I didn't work them as hard as the rest. Maybe I need to increase in weight on the kickbacks, but I have to admit, I don't enjoy kickbacks all that much. I'd rather do lying triceps extensions.

I'm going to try to get some ab work in this evening.
