Hi ,

Isn't it funny how you can breeze through a workout one week and find

it hard the week after? Do you have Turbo Jam Cardio Party? I just

got it and it's a fun workout, maybe you could try that.

Good luck with doing the pushups on your toes on Thursday, I know you

can do it!

Anyway, I still think I'm ready to move on from Sculpt 3-4 so I might

look for 5-6 on ebay. Tomorrow is day 30 and the last day for all

pushups from my knees. Starting Thursday I'm going to start working on

doing some of the pushups from my toes. I'm also going to try and get

heavier dumbbells soon to make what I have more challenging. I am NOT

a cardio lover though and it is one of my main goals for this year to

(a) enjoy cardio more (find cardio workouts and activities that I

really enjoy) and (B) improve my cardio fitness level (which is

actually quite good but not where *I* want it to be). So, I've decided

that I am not planning to move up on the cardio workout for now and am

not going to sink the money into the entire P90 Masters workouts set

for now either. Will be really interesting to see where I'm at

cardio-wise doing this at least 2 days per week day 31 - 60. I look

forward to what I *hope* will be significant improvements.

I'm behind on my group reading/replying again but look forward to a

bit of time after work tomorrow to start catching up a bit.
