Wow, this is by FAR my favorite Slim Series video of those I've done to date! It's also my favorite lower body specific workout ever! I used my own music and completely fatigued my lower body.One outstanding feature is there's next to no equipment, just your body weight, a chair and a mat. Also, there are NO lunges, so it was a fairly knee friendly workout!Here is the breakdown (I wrote this down when I previewed it last week):Standing: Squats, no weights Squat with a knee up standing front kicks, then on one side for balance, switch pumping squats w/reverse flys alternating with hack squats one legged squats squat, abduction roundhouse kicks squat and kick with chair: cross over adductions / abduction side knee raises to the side side leg abduction with standing oblique crunch on the mat: froggie leg lifts squeezing knees in and out knees out, extend, in and down legs out and in criss cross legs pelvic tilts single leg bridge lifts abs & stretch Now I need to go fry my upper body to match.
