I started out with workout 1 from Yoga Zone Power Yoga then did all the ab segments from York Shape Your Abs workout. I actually forgot I even had this workout. Doing all the routines back to back really got my tummy firing. There are 4 routines and they are each 5 minutes. They include classic crunches, Pilates, core-conditioning and "dynamic movement" The yoga and abs was a really nice combo. Off to watch Idol. Have a great night. ~**~~**~Start the year off right.
