Guest guest Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 Wednesdays I have 30 minutes max to workout in the morning so I did P90 Sculpt 1-2. It went so much better today than last week. I'm definitely getting back to myself. Felt crummy all last week and couldn't hardly do any pushups when I did try to workout. Today I did 10 of 15 in the standard set, 8 of 15 in the wide set and 7 wide, 7 triceps and 7 standard in the 7-7-7 set. Did all on my toes except the triceps which I did on my knees. Did all 15 tricep dips deep too, that felt great! I didn't workout as planned yesterday. Forgot to plan for breakfast and digesting it for more than a few minutes after getting my blood drawn (had to do a 12 hour fast so I couldn't eat first) when I figured I'd workout after the blood draw and before work. Oops! DS has two major projects due next week and he's hopelessly disorganized so I've been working very hard with him lately and by the time the kids were getting ready for bed and I could have worked out... let's just say I chose not to! I'll just call Tuesday this week's rest day and I'll plan to work out on Sunday instead. Tomorrow I'm going to try P90 Cardio 3-4 for the first time in a few weeks (first time in my new shoes too).
