Thurs: P90 Circuit Sculpt & HRM question

Quick post, it is late and I am tired but I feel like I need to post my workouts for my own sake if no one else's! :-)

2nd time doing this workout. Used 7s instead of 5s for overhead presses and that seemed really good today. 8s are okay for most other things, a little light sometimes, too heavy once, but I did all 15 reps of almost every exercise and definitely felt like I was working today. I had to switch to 7s for the 7-7-7 bicep curls at the end. I was just too tired. I also made myself get up an hour earlier to do this workout because I did not have any other time at all today so that might have been part of that and I did go heavier on the overhead stuff. Went too low on double arm tricep kickbacks (3s) so I'll use 5s next time. Used my 8 for the other one-handed tricep work though. Only did about 8 or 10 of the tricep dips too (if that much, can't remember for sure now). I'm doing them with straight legs and wow are they hard. Pushups killed me again when we got to the 7-7-7 round. I did the first 7 (regular), all or most of the 7 wide and maybe 2 or 3 of the tricep pushups. Those are ultimate killers. My goal is to be able to do 3 of those with good form (gotta start small, I'll build from there). I can do 2 or 3 but barely go down at all (of course that is these at the end of this workout, I might be able to do better fresh). I'm also doing all the pushups modified (on my knees). Eventually it would be nice to do some on my toes!

I noticed that my HRM did not record this workout. I'm sure I must have not pressed something I should have but in case I forget to look it up before I do my next workout (tomorrow, probably afternoon or evening) does anyone have a guess what I did wrong? It was getting my heart rate, I could see that but it just didn't record/save the workout so I didn't get any stats. Thanks!

this is from the manual for your polar F6:

Record Your Exercise

1. Wear the transmitter and wrist unit. Start heart

rate measurement by pressing OK. Preferably,

there should be no other heart rate monitors

nearby (within 1m / 3ft) to avoid interference.

2. Within 15 seconds, your heart rate appears on

the display.

3. Press OK. Record the exercise session by

selecting START and pressing OK.

You can adjust Exercise settings by selecting

SETTINGS. For more information, see page 18.

4. Press BACK to stop recording. Select EXIT to

view an exercise summary.

Troubleshooting:

• Your exercise information is saved only if the

stopwatch has been on for more than one

minute.

• OwnZone > Your heart rate monitor has started

to determine your target heart rate zone

automatically. Skip the process by pressing OK.

In this case, if you have not determined your

OwnZone before, your age-based heart rate limits

are used. For more information on determing

OwnZone, see page 19.

• START WITH BASIC SETTINGS > Press OK to

complete your Basic settings.
