I have my Irish oatmeal cooking, my brown rice for the week is done, I have a couple chicken breast ready to go and loads of frozen veggies on hand. I am going to take my measurements, plan all my meals & supplements for the week. I am going to incorporate myoplex lite shakes and betagen to my diet, along with some flax oil, folic acid and a multi- vitamin.
