Guest guest
Wow!! Very nice experiment. Some suggested I take Hydroxy Cut-Caffiene fee. Based on your experience and knowledge, would you recommend it? Rae Re: Supplements I used to work at GNC and I sampled my way through the whole store on my employee discount. There are really very few supplements that make a substantial difference in your results. Some of my observations. .. Creatine - totally works to build muscle and aid recovery CLA - works great in rats, doesn't do a whole lot for humans Flax oil or ground flax seeds - reduces hunger and cravings, improves fat loss, improves heart health Fish oil - reduces hunger and cravings, improves fat loss, improves heart health Ephedra - landed me in the cardiology unit, not recommended Other, more " gentle " fat burning formulas (synephrine, yohimbe, white willow bark, etc.) - made me paranoid as hell, I was pacing around peeking out the windows, major insomnia and anxiety, didn't improve fat loss, not recommended Glutamine - aides muscle recovery, improves immune function, kinda nice post-workout Right now, all I take is a multivitamin, a calcium chew, and fish oil caps. Guest guest
Hello I'm starting on Monday and for the first week the only supplements I'll be using is the Whey Protein to make shakes and add to breakfast oatmeal. I noticed there are a lot of new supplements and I'm wondering what you have used and how it has worked for you? Losing weight is hard for me. I lose inches/gain muscle and the weight just creeps off making me frustrated. (right now 204 and its taken me six months of gym time to lose 23 lbs.) I'm hoping the muscle building of the last six months will help speed things along when I ramp up. Has Thermo DynamX, or any other product helped speed up the weight loss for anyone? Thanks, -- Sheila I have a cruise in 11 weeks so my first challenge this year will be 11 in stead of 12 weeks, but I'm highly motivated to drop some serious weight in that time. Guest guest
I use only shakes and bars, and I'm trying to get away from the bars.... The rest is real food. And real work. It is slow, but it's steady. > Hello > > I'm starting on Monday and for the first week the only supplements > I'll be using is the Whey Protein to make shakes and add to breakfast > oatmeal. > > I noticed there are a lot of new supplements and I'm wondering what > you have used and how it has worked for you? > > Losing weight is hard for me.
