Okay! Who is pre-ordering? I'm definately going to

get her workout - $14.95 and free shipping is a great

bargain. I'm on the fence about her CIA workout.

Lately, I haven't found the CIA workouts to be very

intense, but it is Amy..and $17.95 is a good price w/

free shipping. Ah, I know I'll end up pre-ordering

both.

I know I've said this before, but why can Amy put

together quality advanced workouts that often contain

pre-mixes and other features with such great pre-sale

prices while Cathe charges so much???

i am passing on these pre-orders. i would rather wait and see clips or something first. her other kickboxing workout didn't look all that great form wise from the clips. i trust amy to make a good workout but i just want to wait and see on this one. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will

Good thoughts and smart thinking, Kassia! I think I

will pre-order Amy's workout but not the CIA workout.

I figure $14.95 with no shipping costs is a good buy.

The CIA workout I'm on the fence about b/c it isn't

straight kickboxing or bootcamp it includes hi/lo as

well (well, supposedly...) and quite frankly I have a

pile of Amy's in my virgin collection - and need to do

her new Hi/Lo workout more often (I think I did it

once since getting it, I haven't done Slo Mo at all

b/c of P90X, and it is likely I won't pick up Slo Mo

for a couple of months since I want a change up from

splits....)
