O man, have i totally slacked. Yesterday, I ate so horrible that i

truly felt it! i was so exhausted!

It made me remember how important eating right really is. You really

feel it when you mess up.

Okay, so I made a new myspace page to track my progress in a blog. I

don't know why I didn't add it to my regular one, probably because

this whole BFL thing is a real personal issue, and I really don't

think that most of my friends would really care or understand, LOL.

You guys totally get it though, and that is what I love about you all :)

On another note, I am trying to figure out a way to time my HIIT when

running. I have a hard time with a timer when I am running. I wonder

if there are many songs that last only 1 minute that I can download to

my i-Pod?? Or maybe a song that lasts 4 minutes, but builds in

intensity every minute.... something like...

Pick a 2 min song for level 5 intensity

1 minute song for level 6

1 minute song for level 7

1 minute song for level 8

1 minute song for level 9

1 minute level 6

1 minute level 7

1 minute level 8

1 minute level 9

1 minute level 6

1 minute level 7

1 minute level 8

1 minute level 9

1 minute level 6

1 minute level 7

1 minute level 8

1 minute level 9

1 minute level 10

1 minute level 5
