Saturday's workout - Cathe

Today I did Cathe's Power Hour and matched most of her weights except for the 40lbs she uses for squats - just too hard on my knees. Always love this workout

The rest of my week was quite busy so I did 20 minute workouts off of the On Demand function on my cable tv.

Off to a belated Valentine's dinner which is why I definitely wanted the Cathe calorie burn!

Tomorrow should be cardio plus yoga!

That's great matching Cathe on the weights, that's a tough high rep workout. I wouldn't dream of using 40's for the squats. I usually go with 25's with that one. There are so many rep counts and variations that you're just on fire by the end. Great workout!
