Two Questions

These two questions are not related but I wanted to know your

opinion. The first is: I have read a few articles on-line from the

Oxygen Women's maazine. I am not too familiar with it. Would you

recommend a subscription to it if following BFL?

The second question is: I love Peanut Butter and in one of the

articles, it said that you could use 1 T. on celery or an apple. Is

this something that can be done for one of the BFL meals?

I love the Oxygen magazine and think it is one of the best!

If you want a true transformation then follow Bill's authorized food list

from his book which doesn't include peanut butter. But if you want a

more enjoyable life type transformation Bill's Eating For Life cookbook

is good and then you could use the 1 T. of peanut butter on an apple. It

doesn't have enough protein though so you might want to add some egg

whites with it as well.
