Wed - Cardio X/Shoulders & Arms

Hi Everyone,

It is good to be back in the swing of things - I've

really struggled since Xmas to feel motivated to

workout. But, today I did Primary Back Stretch

(T-Tapp) twice, then I did Cardio X - I really like

Cardio X - it isn't too hard, but there is alot of

variety in it - yoga, kickboxing, plyo and core.

Then, I did Shoulders & Arms -I did a halfsie, meaning

I skipped the second " round " of each series - but I

did heavy up since I knew I'd only be doing each

exercise once. I felt pretty good doing it that way.

I then stretched out again with Primary Back Stretch -

really hits and unkinks just about everything.

Tomorrow will be Chest & Back, and Legs - at least

that is the plan so far.

Still thinking about doing a T-Tapp bootcamp once I'm

finished with P90X. It is only 7 days of doing

straight T-Tapp and I'm quite impressed by the

improvements I've experience only doing Primary Back

Stretch and occassionally her Basic or Basic Plus

series.

Take care!

Donna

different from p90x will be needed!

t-tapp's with you (i really want to try my tapes but just havent

made the time yet. i think that im afraid i wont get the form

right... teresa's book sort of intimidated me :/ )
