I can't work out till 8:30 each morning....I get up around 5 but have

to wait to get to the Sr. Center gym...which is free. Should I eat as

soon as I get up and then again when I return, or should I wait till

after my workout to eat my first meal? I realize that not eating

before the workout is best, but then it's hard to get 6 meals in

during the rest of the day.

Have something at 5, then not again until after your HIIT on cardio days.

You can eat before weight work.
