Guest guest Posted August 14, 2008 Report Share Posted August 14, 2008 Hi Ladies, Since I last posted, I've completed two more challenges. As a refresher, I'm the short (5'0 ft), vegetarian BFLifer. During my first challenge, I went from 127 to 115. During my second challenge, I went from 115 to 113. I'm in Week 5 of my third challenge, and I'm weighing in at 111. I think I've pretty much plateaued at this point, but I'm really happy with where I am. I have a few more areas that I want to firm up, other than that I'm looking to build more definition and plan on ignoring the LBS from this point on. My one problem that I seek advise in is with my chest. I've always had a heavy chest. I just got measured over the weekend and I'm a 32DDD. The problem is my chest has come down quite a bit, but now I have very notable stretch marks (I'm olive toned; of Indian descent). Is there anything I can do to help minimize this? Creams? Lotions? Potions? Also, (or anyone else) what are some other chest exercises where I can lift my bust? I'm doing the usual chest presses, etc. But I'm wondering if there are exercises where I can focus on my upper chest to lift and firm my bust line. Any advise would be great. Thanks!
