Guest guest Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 I'm on W1, D4 of BFL and I'm already starting to see some changes! I did start back at the gym last week, but really just got the nutrition straight this week. I put on a pair of pants that do fit me, but have been a tad too tight for about two months now. This a.m. they were a little looser! Granted, not much, but there was definitly more room around my stomach. I don't really think I've lost inches yet (and I'm not weighing), but I beleive it's due to the fact that I have not been drinking Diet Coke all week long and have not had much (if any) processed food. Proves that all that junk kept me bloated and gross! And did I mention that my mood this week has been SO.MUCH.BETTER?! That in itself is a great thing!
