Guest guest
Pau I confess I've only done the jumproping warmup and bag workout portions, usually doung yoga to stretch afterwards. I'll add that part in next time and let you know what I think! Speaking of Real Kickboxing, I'm working with Danny to get you all a 10% discount on the dvd set. He's all for it, I just need a couple more details from him before I announce it. Uppercuts, Stay tuned. Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile /Danny's Bag Kickboxing question , Since you are also doing Danny Sullivan's Kickboxing, have you done the ab work on his videos? I was doing the intermediate workout this morning and I was wondering about that ab drill where you lie in tabletop position and put your hands behind your thighs. Then he has you pull yourself up as far as you can, then raise your hands and try to keep from falling back. It's almost impossible for me to stay up there very long. I was wondering if you find it easier to do as a woman because men tend to be more top-heavy.
