Guest guest
Since someone mentioned first, I just wanted to add how much I am enjoying Turbulence Training! After a few years of consistent lifting, I was burned out. I struggled to make it to the gym more than 3 or 4 times a week, but felt like a failure because my workout said I should be going 6! With TT I can get my weights and intervals in on the same day. I have to get my son to school, so my time is limited. It is so nice to have a program that sets me up for success rather than failure! I started with the " beginner " workouts simply because my consistency had been lacking for a few months. The workouts are not bad at all! After years of feeling like success meant eating berries I'd foraged myself and hours of workouts at the special forces center (okay, slight exaggeration!), it's nice to have a workout that is effective and feels totally doable. Guest guest
I too love TT. Plus, my overall conditioning is so much better with all the bodyweight exercises. That's a big deal, since I was so ill for so long...I went for a walk with 2 friends today, both about my age (early-mid-40's) and I was sprinting up hills while they wheezed and sweated. I feel great. : ) Best Regards, beth Turbulence training Since someone mentioned first, I just wanted to add how much I am enjoying Turbulence Training!
