I want to give the Turbulence Training a try and I've also been looking at

kettlebells. Wondering

out loud if Skwigg has tried those...

Kettlebells are a blast! You definitely need to clear the area of dogs

first. It would be a good way to accidentally brain one of them. :-P

I like the crossfit video demo of kettlebell swings. It shows good form, and

then everything that can go wrong. Watching her actually do it was a lot

more informative than some of the clips of people standing and talking.
