Sounds like a good one. I've got to start writing all these down so I can keep them for future purchases. As you said, you can never have too many yoga workouts.

I'm not sure what's up, but for the past 2 weeks now my shoulder blade has been killing me. It really only bothers me a lot when I'm sitting in a chair and then it will hurt all the way down my arm. I wonder if this could be a pinched nerve? I think I had this a long time ago, but it went away, it seemed like it took a lot time though. Its not like a sore muscle or anything like that, its hard to describe. Its almost like what a tooth ache would feel like, but with a little bit of a burning, stinging sensation. It's gotten slighter better in the past few days, but still definitely there. Anyone ever had anything like this?

Stretching doesn't seem to help, but lifting weights doesn't bother it at all. Weird.

~**~~**~Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

Have you tried "arnica cream". I would try that.

I've never heard of it. I'll have to check it out. Thanks Darcy!
