The first 3 weeks of this challege I did well as far as my eating and working out, but I wasn't seeing great results. Weeks 4 and 5 were okay, but not great. We were out of town and work was really stressful. However, over the weekend, I re-read the book and even wrote down my goals for the next 7 weeks. I went out and bought some flaxseed oil on Saturday, which will hopefully help with a problem, ahem, I've been having. So yesterday was a great day. I ate clean and had a great workout. And this morning I gained .2 lbs! I know I shouldn't weigh myself daily, but I can't help it. I'm not going to get frustrated, because I know I can do this. Jenn PS. I started eating squash this challenge thinking it would be considered a vegitable. When I re-read the book, it was listed as a carb. Bummer!!
