Thursday workout

Hi,

This morning I made up for the easier workouts the past couple of days. I did Hardcore Xtreme High/Low Intervals. Not sure if the workout was just really tough or if it was me, but I felt really weak, even a bit light headed, I even marched in place on blast #6. I pushed myself through the rest of it, but I did skip the KM blast challenge, not only because I was totally spent, but because I don't like it. I still burned 532 calories so I think skipping that part was quite alright.

Here's the breakdown of the workout.
