For those of you who do or have done Turbulence Training (TT), if I

find it enjoyable does that mean I'm not working hard enough?

I'm lunging with 12# dumbells, partly light because of my foot

problem, until I develop more balance, and I lunge and squat very

carefully, lower every day, protecting my kneew

I chest press 20#; I do 1-arm lift with 25#; I deadlift 35# and I do

chest pullback with 30#.

I know these weights are subjective, but I'm listing them to show I'm

not using 3# pink dumbbells

I do sweat by the end of the 30minutes, and I do follow it with a

good sweating interval 20 min on bike.

I do increase my weights as I see I can, but not aggressively; I aim

at better form and lower lunges before I increase the weight.

It should be enjoyable and challenging, not one or the other. Sounds

like you've got it. :-)
