40 and 40+ really hasn't bothered me yet and I will be 43 on April 16th. I guess I'm just weird! Maybe when I turn 50 I will feel old...dunno. I really doubt it as I have relatives that lived to be in their 90's so 40's doesn't seem old at all compared to that. Jen nancydewolf@... wrote: Get ready for it , 41 was much more depressing for me than 40. Actually, 40 didn't bug me a bit but for some reason 41 did. It wasn't as much fun (very anti-climatic after the big 4-0) I guess and while birthdays never get me down, this one seemed to put me in a funk for a week or so but I didn't realize that was the reason until later. That was last month though and now I'm proud to be 41 (though that does sound frighteningly middle age), fit and fabulous and loving it still! RE: Vennita, you're influencing me Happy Birthday! I'm 40 as well, although I'm in denial that I'll be going up one more year in just a couple of months <g> -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of Pink PussycatOkay, okay! I will try S6 again! You're probably right in that you need to stick with the same boring routine for awhile to get real results. Okay, I will go back to Ramp It Up and do that MWF this week and just use my own music. While the first part of Ramp it Up is easy for me, the donkey kicks and leg lifts / floorwork at the end KILLS me and is tougher even than in Burn it Up. I obviously need work down there *LOL* and need to do this routine until I can do that part without taking a break and until it becomes easier for me to get through. I'll finish with either Cool It Off!, Cool It Off Express, or Slim & Limber afterwards. For the cardio days next week (T/Th) I'll play it by ear. I teach Turbo Kick on the weekends so Debbie will

just have to live with that, although what I really need to do on those days is yoga, perhaps my virgin Ana Brett's? I have 2 of them, Body Bliss and the one for hips. Back to business,, who's now officially 40 and in complete denial
