Sunday I did the longer premix of Cathe's Total Body Sculpt - basically it just supersets the workout, and it's a little clunky but fine overall. Also walked on the tmill for 25 mins. Yesterday I started Low Impact Step, but I couldn't get into it (and I had a phone call interrupt me), so I skipped ahead to the cool down and gave up (just 21 minutes total). I made up for by getting on the tmill twice - once for 25 mins, once for 20 mins. Today I started out with Debbie Rocker's Walking for Weight Loss, on the rebounder. A good 25 min interval workout. My goodness the background girl in shorts has amazing legs! Finished off with Kries Hot Body Cool Mind Waking Energy - the standing session. Mostly Chi-guong (I know that's spelled wrong) moves, by the sound of it. I like - she doesn't take herself too seriously. Tons of workouts on that dvd just waiting for me to explore. :-) in snowy Ontario No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
