three sets of 12 seconds each. 12 long seconds!! i'm working on it:)

this was after the other abs work--so they felt very fatigued. plus the

weight work on the ball is working the core too. my arms are very sore

and i have been carrying dd most of the day--did some killer work on my

triceps!!

we used the bands and ball for leg work and it burns!! i'm sore every

time. i like the upper body on the ball too--concentration curls

always get me. the class is different every week so it is never

boring. i find strength training very relaxing.
