Guest guest Posted February 28, 2008 Report Share Posted February 28, 2008 Hi, This evening I did yoga and calves. 10 minute Solution- Basic Yoga, Yoga Burn 4 DS- calves 10 Minute Solution- Yoga for flexibility This was a nice 35 minute combo. I really like the instructor in the yoga routine, I forget her name. I wonder if she has any other routines out. Sure glad the weekend is almost here. ~~Delicious ideas to please the pickiest eaters.
