I have just come back from doing a workout with Crawford's : Next Challenge for the first time in 8 years !! bless that I'm still here, I certainly went to heaven and back, the first 15 mins or so is so guelling, has any-one here done that one .. I love the music it helps to pass the time, I read on an amazon review it was described as a video music clip and you could certainly say that !! .. I bought a Marmorat step workout about 2 weeks ago, that is beginner-intermediate, I really enjoyed, she uses dance like combinations, so I ordered her advanced one and I just got that in the post today !! I'll have to see if my legs can handle it today or not, after all thos squats and lunges !! lol Bellydancing is a lot of fun .. but it doesn't keep the weight off, 8 years ago, I was a wonderful 69 kg, in october last year I reached a wild 85 kg so I gave that up to be an aerobics fanatic again " I realise what I was missing " I'm about 80 kg now but I know most of it is muscle. :-) Slinks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
