Guest guest
Pretty sure that's rubbish. Caffeine is a main ingredient in every fat-burning pill I've ever seen. > > Hi guys > > I just wanted to pick your brains... > > My boyfriend and I both follow the BFL principals for diet and > exercise, which we love! Guest guest
A muscle-burning energy buzz, eh? That's crazy talk. Coffee has plenty of health benefits and the caffeine aids fat loss. Some articles: Men's Health - Weight Loss Coach http://tinyurl.com/ysmf9w Health benefits of coffee http://men.webmd.com/features/coffee-new-health-food Sometimes when people talk it's best to just smile and nod... and then go have your coffee. ;-) > Hi guys > > I just wanted to pick your brains... > > My boyfriend and I both follow the BFL principals for diet and > exercise, which we love! Guest guest
Recent studies have shown that coffee may also reduce the risk of Alzheimer's: http://alzheimers.about.com/od/research/a/Coffee_Alz.htm I considered trying to wean myself off coffee. I only have 1 large mug a day, but I like it with creamer, which isn't so good for the BFL eating plan. After hearing this research recently, I'll stick with the coffee. I did put protein powder in it this a.m. instead of creamer, but that just seems so wrong in so many ways Dana > > > > > > > A muscle-burning energy buzz, eh? That's crazy talk. Guest guest
It is wrong, but it makes a rockin' iced coffee. > Recent studies have shown that coffee may also reduce the risk of > Alzheimer's: http://alzheimers.about.com/od/research/a/Coffee_Alz.htm > > I considered trying to wean myself off coffee. Guest guest
I don't know much about caffiene (why, oh why, am I having trouble spelling that word!?) but I know I saw a book called The Caffiene Advantage. I saw it at a library in Ohio while I was on the road so I didn't get a chance to read it, but I so want to get it and read it. It looked just like the other " health " books friends of mine want to sell me on (but are kinda kooky sometimes), so maybe I should call them up and tell them about the book I found and list all the advantages of coffee (which they don't like because of what they've read!). Lol. I think I'm going to make coffee this morning...
