last star trainers segment/abs

evening all,last night did destress and let go segment from perfect in 10 yoga.hip and back opening stretches.didn't get time to go over kimberly spreen's cardio from this morning so i hope i can remember as i type. this segment was referred to her power within cardio. of course many are familiar with kimberly spreen and how she is a good cuer and a friendly personality. the cardio was again intermediate at best. it was basically like an interval workout similar to kathy's peak fat burning where you do a move then ramp it up with hops and jumps for a little while and bring it back down. everything seem like it was 1-2 min. spurts so you are always moving onto something different just when you got used to the exercise. as i mentioned before this is a good dvd but when you pick a segment you can skip past the intro where they push the propel water and even during the water break they flaunted the product. i think this was the sponsor or whatever. its

worth the value if you like intermediate cardio and don't mind shorter workouts. i sent it back and hopefully will get another workout dvd. not sure what dh bumped up on the list. after cardio i added on 10 minute solution's kickbox boot camp abs. this is a great abs segment with some stretching at the end. have a great one kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will
