ValSlides exercises routine for vacation???

I just bought ValSlides. ....

What would make a good workout routine with these ValSlides for Fat

burning and toning?

I've been doing Turbulence Training Intermediate and intervals and

Body For Life food.

I'm going to the beach for a week, and plan to use the ValSlides for

the first time, and swim intervals (instead of TT and exer. bike)

What would make a good workout with these ValSlides for Fat burning

and toning?

I have the CD and card with the 6 exercises.

Should I do each exercise 3 times?

Should I go through the whole exercise set and then repeat it one or

2 times?

I haven't yet bought the e-book Red Carpet Ready, but would like a

ValSlide routine for while I am on vacation this week.
