Guest guest
Wow - you are doing so awesome!!!!! Have you got on the scale lately? It's going to be a goooood summer for you this year, you're going to look and feel great! Keep up the awesome work!Darcy Well I went out with my friend after work but ate lightly because I wanted to work out tonite. I haven't eaten so well the past couple of days, so you see why I didn't want a rest day, esp. because my body isn't demanding one. My triceps are sore from yesterday, but that's it. I really need to go up in weight on Shoulders & Arms next time!I started the evening with Sansone's Walk and Jog - a virgin! It's probably the " toughest " of 's workouts that I've done, and I made it harder by using my 2 lb weights frrom Target, the kind with the nice grip handles. I actually got a small shoulder burn going from that! I didn't use them during the jogging portion, but I did for everything else, the usual step touches, knee lifts, front kicks, and pendulums. This one has a nice cherry blossom fake background in an almost Asian like courtyard. What I just love about is that she NEVER makes you feel bad for not jogging. You can always walk, and EVERYONE feels successful. I so wish I had had these eons ago when I was at a zero fitness level. They surely would have made a big difference in my fitness life! Next I did another 30 minute virgin workout from Fitness Essentials called Salsa Cardio Workout, I'm too lazy to look up the instructor but it was a lot of fun! The music is latin, and the movements are a combination of salsa, hip-hop, bellydancing, and aerobic moves. The 30 minutes flew by. The instructor cues lateish and sometimes not at all, but it's easy to follow nonetheless. It was a cheapie at Ross. After that I did P90's Sweat 1-2. I enjoyed this much more after having done it once already in Sweat 3-4 because I knew what to expect and how to intensify the moves. Lastly I did Ab Ripper 100, which might technically be a part of Sweat 1-2? So maybe it was just a triple workout night, hard to say.Anyway, I got 90 minutes in when I thought it would be a rest day, so I'm very happy! Guest guest
GREAT job ! How is Sweat 3-4 different from Sweat 1-2?
