Great workout Darcy! I hope you get good/helpful news from the doc tomorrow!

Ripped & Chiseled

I just finished up doing Ripped & Chiseled. What a great workout. It kind of drug on for me a bit, but otherwise I enjoyed it. My arms got fried, I will be very surprised if I do not get DOMS from this one. The abs part didn't do too much for me though, I should have doubled it, but I worked abs yesterday and plan on working them tomorrow, so I didn't mind the lighter workout tonight. I liked how the push-up and tricep dip section wasn't too hard, and was do-able too! :)I didn't do cardio today, which feels very odd. I had a very hard time yesterday with it, so I figured I wouldn't push it today. I am so hoping I have a beneficial doctor appointment tomorrow...Darcy

Hi Darcy,

I've been wondering about this one for a while now. I have all of Jari's other workouts and when I previewed this one, it just looked like all the others. Maybe I will check it out.

She seems to go light on the ab work. I usually always skip the abs section with all her workouts. Works for me, that makes the workout be done sooner. :)

Good luck with your doctors appointment.

Thanks , I was happy to have got it done w/out any problems, and extra happy that I was able to do the lower body work in the beginning.Darcy

That's a tough workkout Darcy! While cardio might be out for the moment, you're still kicking butt in the strength department!

Hi Darcy, I have this workout but haven't used it yet. How many pounds should I use when I use this dvd? I've been doing P90 and Si6.
