Guest guest
For those of you in the 8-9 week and thinking why am I doing this? Stick it out. I looked at myself in the mirro today and WOW. Week 11 and I can see the change. I have a a waist and the upper body lifting has given me a nice shape, still body fat, but the curves are nice! Last week I was thinking yuk, no change in the last two weeks, poor me. today, wow! I'm not going to be able to post today because my family is all over my house and I have to leave on a plane trip at 2 today. I will take pics/measurements after the cruise and before my new challange starts on June 16. I will say this. Weight, 212-195 (whoo hoo) and size from a 20 to a 14-16 (yeah me) -- Sheila " It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped "

Guest guest
Congratulations Sheila. All your planning and efforts are showing you great results. Just my opinion, but it's faster to put the sizes back on than to take them off. I would encourage you to pack along a few meal replacement bars just in case. Also, while I know you'll enjoy sampling lots of great food on the cruise, yum yum, go ahead and keep the BFL portions and " balance " of protein/carb/veggies in mind. My guess is, you'll be glad you did once you're back to " real life " . Have a blast and tell us all about the fun activities when you get back. Bon Voyage!
