Guest guest
I have been trying to get back in shape for I don't know how long now. I take off fine, get some results, and then SOMETHING tends to come up that I use for an excuse to stop and I STOP. After I've recovered from my shoulder accident and have gone back to work, some real depression has set in over my struggle to get back to the real ME. I know I need to get some help. I look OK, but I FEEL AWFUL. I called my old Personal Trainer, that' I loved working out with before and saw real results. (I haven't worked with him in 10 years.) I know if I commit to having someone help me, I think I can make this work. I seem to think I KNOW everything and SHOULD be able to do it myself on my own, but I think I've got to a point in my life where I WON'T do it on my own and know I need his discipline to help me learn to engage my own self discipline that was easy for me years ago! LOL!! So I have an appointment to meet him tomorrow and set up my new workout schedule! I am as excited as a kid at Christmas! LOL!! I have planned for all this for the last few weeks. I have my goals and meal plans and everything written down in my BODY FOR LIFE journal. I am set. I am going to " JERRY " my trainer for 12 weeks. After that I'm going to see where I'm at and if I feel I can take over on my own from there. SHEL **************Get fantasy football with free live scoring. Guest guest
Great prepartion, Shel and good luck! It's OK if part of doing it " on your own " means enlisting the help of a trainer. YOU are the one who will be doing the work, not Jerry. Enjoy the process! > I have been trying to get back in shape for I don't know how long now.
