Guest guest Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 Does anybody have any stretches or solutions for a blown S/I joint? I blew mine at the gym yesterday morning. It was bad yesterday, it's horrible today. I can barely move. I'm full of Advil and Tylenol, I've rubbed it down with muscle stuff, iced it 20 on 20 off and I'm trying to gently stretch it out, but nothing is helping at all. Foam roller? No help. I've been doing the cat exercise, the thing where you press your lower spine to the floor, hugging each knee individually and crossing my leg over the other trying to loosen it up to no avail. Standing, sitting and laying all hurt equally. Worse yet, my brand new bike is sitting untouched in the living room and I can't even think about riding it on this beautiful sunny day. HELP!!
