I am going to have to do my cardio in the evenings and I wanted to be sure on the timing of meals. I know you should wait one hour after cardio to eat. But, before cardio, do I wait 2 or 3 hours after my last meal to do cardio? Also, has anyone had experience as to whether cardio interupts sleep if done an hour or two before bed? Thanks so much!
